Grayscale Solutions was formed back in May 2017 by our Managing Director, David Gray. After 10 plus years of being a senior service engineer starting as an apprentice back in 2009, he felt it was time to use his technical knowledge he had gathered over the years and provide businesses with a more honest, transparent approach to managed print and office equipment. As we know, there is a lot of competition throughout Scotland and many great businesses already providing print, copy and scan technology to a number of different industries, but there's always room for improvement and fresh ways of doing things.
